The Cavemen, led by quarterback Boone Abbott, overcame a first half deficit to eventually take down the visiting Pioneers. Abbott threw four touchdown passes, two to Chase Roberts, and one apiece to McKay Nelson and Dallin Johnson. Additionally, Kyle Thompson drilled a 37 yard field goal for American Fork, while the Cavemen defense limited Lehi to just two scores.
